Hi folks, I thought it about time I introduced my 'Patty' Wagon to you all. I've been reading the forums for a while and have to applaude every1 for their dedication to these great machines

Its a constant inspiration to me so keep up the good work!
This '61 Ek is virtually 'original' with most parts reconditioned. It runs the 138 grey and I am to keep it neat and clean, but its got typical rust in the sills, tailgate and doors which need attention. Its had one respray in its life but my plan is to get it done again once the rust panel work has been done. As its my daily driver, I can't afford the luxury to strip it back for a full restoration although this is what it needs.
Anyway hope you like
Mattso

Dead right there matches and ratbox.
You can enjoy the FB/EK owner lifestyle no matter what sort of $$$ build the car is.

Welome Mattso63, Good to see another one used for whats its intended......Driven

.Worth keeping your eye out for a rust free lower tail gate. They come up now and then, and are probably are cheaper and safer option than trying to fix the rust.

What sort of condition is the parts car in
Looking by the front end you swapped it can't be too bad.
Or was the front end holding it together

Hi all, its been a while since I posted any progress on my wagon but I'm happy to say things have been moving

. I started looking for someone to replace my sills back in December but got sidetracked over the new year. I finally bit the bullet and put it into a panel shop in February, and as one thing leads to another, the project grew and grew! So after 6 months, I've had the sills replaced, all rust in the floors, doors and tailgate has been cut out and replaced with customised panels. There's also new rubber seals in the doors and tailgate, and I had a 2-pac paint job finish the work. So yeh, I'm pretty happy with the result!
I've got pictures of it all in photobucket -

Enjoy!
