I want to convert my FB wipers back to vacuum power. I've sort of gathered the set-up, although I'm hoping someone can confirm ?

This is what I've gathered:

A steel pipe runs from the manifold to the vacuum pump on the fuel pump.
Another steel pipe runs from the vacuum pump part way to the wiper motor.
A rubber hose joins the steel pipe above to the wiper motor.
Another rubber hose connects the wiper motor to the switch.

Is this right ? Is there only one hose to the switch ?

Also if anyone has any of the parts I need to set this up, please let me know. I am happy to pay for parts + postage.

Almost right

The main source of vacuum is from the motor via the vacuum pump.

The pump only supplies limited vacuum and just drives the wipers whilst the motor is idling and accelerating. During normal driving adequate vacuum is supplied by the motor.

Hence the steel pipe from the motor to the pump and then on to the wiper motor.

The tee off supplies vacuum to the switch for the washer function only - the wiper is actuated by turning the wiper knob this controls the on/off switch on the wiper motor via a cable.

Therefore the tee is only required if you plan to use and can aquire a vacuum washer set up.

As well as the vacuum motor you will also need to source the auxiliary drive assembly (fits between the motor and linkages) and a set of wiper linkages as the vacuum set up oscillates and does not rotate like the electric set up.

G`day John , I have an FB wagon I am wrecking at the moment , it has all the bits you will need if you cant get them locally.
They should be fairly easy to get hold of seeing as everyone else removes the vacuum setup to fit electric !
