Cooler Lines

Hi,

My auto cooler lines for the hydramatic have started leaking. I had a look and they seem to have been repaired a million times. Do I need to get new lines made up or can I use flexible hose that a lot of the oil cooler kits seem to use? Also would a transmission place be able to make some new ones up?

Cheers
Gareth

You could just use flex lines, I'd be getting some bundy tube bent up for it though.
A brake shop would probably be able to do the job, probably a trans place too. If you are halfway handy, bend up some wire to the shape you want the lines and take it in to get made and then fit it yourself.

i bought a pipe bender of ebay, it cost me about $25 posted, then when i went to do all my lines i relised i could bend everything by hand and barely used it but if you lived closer i would lend it to you.
