Hi All,just wondering how i can improve my braking performance in my ek without going to a hr disc set up,ive been told a brake booster probably wont fit where you would usually find one but you can run a remote one further down the engine bay,has any one tried this and does it look dicky so far away from the firewall.

Edo a brake booster will not improve your brakes - all it'll do is make the brake pedal softer/easier to operate.

this picture is in an EH but its the same shit either way ....
its the round thing on the left of the picture.... obviously if you paint it black or something it would look alot nicer than this one

I think Castlemain Rod Shop make adapter brackets to bolt Torana disc calipers and discs onto original kingpin front end. That in conjunction with a VH 40 booster and torana rear brakes would be an improvement over the stock drum setup.
Someone here recently over last few days mentioned they have the Torana disc conversion on kingpin front end but can't remember who it was.
Maybe they can give some additional info as to whether the setup works ok and whether they were happy with it.
Off Line for a while!
