that's more than likely what i'll end up with due to me having limited funds, but like mark said every man and his dog has 'em these days  and the only rims i have are original riveted centres (i don't trust them)

I like steel rims, they suit the car much better than anything else...maybe with baby moons. I'm gonna paint mine white and whitewalls. I'll post pic once done.

you'd get 'em cheap.
only because no one likes em. i've got 'em on mine and can't wait to get something else.

I'm sorry RB - I'm a sickie for dragways - 5 spoke classics.
To me, they just seem to suit early Holdens.
I'm thinking 14 x 6 ATM - but 15 is not out of the frame yet.
Vehicle systems engineer says 14 x 6 are no problem - and don't need written report - have to see what he says if I choose to go up another inch.
Still making enquiries to decide if we finally can get them.
Been waiting many years to do this - and now too scared to jump in.

Hi Dee, you would be able to go to 15" dragways legally. You can go up in size by 2" in NSW not sure about other state's... but i think they will cost a fair bit more....Cheers Mark
