Next Sunday November 16 at the Holden Hospital kids, kick off at 9A.M.

Got a couple of jobs lined up already, one member has a 4 speed in her EK and she wants to convert back to 3 on the tree - bloody restorers

Fitting a front sway bar to another members EK and yet another EK has dragging brakes........

Seems FB's are far more reliable

We had a very productive day today ImageImage
First cab off the rank was Micks EK - a new front sway bar and gearbox output shaft seal sorted him out.

Then Stoney wagon got some new fuel filters and some grease - ready for Stanthorpe now he reckons Image

After lunch it was another sway bar swap on Nigel’s rig and new front springs in Dons wagon - the old ones were just a bit buggered !!!

You got a fair bit done. I remember that Tuscany Yellow EK and talking to Don at Bunbury. Those chromies, envy. Nigel’s car is a ripper too with the Tasmans. Stoneys wagon of course is a standout. Great stuff.

Great initiative Blacky,

You got the room and goods there, what a great way to keep the old girls running and owners interested.

That to me me is a fun day.

Yeah its especially handy for people like Don , he has had his wagon for over 30 years , the rear brake adjusters were siezed solid and the handbrake cables were pretty sticky - he was trying to pay to have it done and we had to argue with him that its all free

Luckily I had a brand new set of standard height front springs in the shed to replace his - we have christened his wagon Adolf now because it leaned so far to the right
