yeah looks ok from a few feet away

just a supercheap gravity feed gun with a 2.5 tip, no marbles just keep giving it a shake and occasionally block tip with finger so it blows back through pot

it's nothing to see and will most likely just end up flat black

whole front is in primer now, it's a very good bodied car auto body needed 2 rear pans and a sill, one day if it hangs around long enough it might get more than flat black but it has a lot of paint on it originally blue then primer then red, primer purple, primer purple, primer white

Where do you find these Mick ?

With all the paint you need a bare metal job, although it may be scary to find whats underneath !

Regards

Greg

they just turn up, this one has a funny story it was on gumtree i had been watching it for a while but was trying to tie in looking at it with a trip to Sydney, had a few times but never got there so decided i was just gunna make the trip specifically to look at the car, the whole time the guy that had it advertised said it belonged to his dad and just out of the blue the seller said did you just sell my dad a ute? i said is your dad Ian? yes, turns out i had sold his dad a few cars and i knew him quite well, phone call later it was offered to me at a good price so didn't even bother looking just organised to have it picked up
i think it's pretty good under all the paint as it's a long time between paint jobs and nothing scarey seems to be showing up i did come across the guy that painted it white and he said the story he got was what i was thinking the purple was an 80s paint job it sat around before he got it and just gave it a quick withe 2 pac paint job then the guy i bought it off had had it sitting around for quite a while
