Interior door pull handles - Fasteners?

Hi,
Can you please help? I recently acquired a set of the original/NASCO-styled interior door pull handles - The ones that look like tool shed door handles and are meant to be fastened to the door using four fasteners per handle. What fasteners are recommended?
Sorry that I have not uploaded a picture of the pull handles - It seems that this forum has not been designed to make this a quick or easy task.

Basically any countersunk self tappers mate , flat or Philips whichever works for you- there was no hard and fast rule with them - I guess flat blade would be more period correct
Tapatalk is the easiest way to post pics on here I have found.

https://www.classicindustries.com/produ ... x1048.html !!! Very, very interesting website.
Not only do they stock suitable screws - They also stock numerous other Lucas items that interest me.
As for the screws, I am particularly attracted to the flat-bladed-screw-driving type (as mentioned by @Blacky in terms of period correctness), especially the ones that have a convex bulge at the top of the screw head, thus creating the illusion of antiquity and respecting the curvaceous design language of the car. Only question now is, do I choose 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch length for this task?

Would 1/2" be long enough ? Theres nothing to hit in behind there - I would be inclined to go with the 3/4"

A 6” tek-screw might find the window glass.
