Recommendations for best replacement water pump?

How much slop can you put up with in the water pump bearing - was previously fine but noticed a bit of play after the dyno work so possibly got some crap in it while sitting and now flogging out.

A re-kitted original pump is the best replacement, in my opinion. But bearing and seal kits are very difficult to get.

Do your supercharger drive belts place extra load on the water pump bearing?

No the charger runs off the crank - the original was gone when I got it years ago unfortunately
