55 Nash

I thought it was a Vauxhall when I saw it round the corner in to Rare Spares Adelaide car park this afternoon. But by the plates and boot badge it is a 1955 Nash sedan.
I really like the colour, which is why I took the shot.
Cheers

One of my favourite colours, Clay. Especially on a EJ/EH.
Did you get a look from the front? Pretty interesting grill, etc. A lot of them have the continental spare tyre hanging off the back, too.
Cheers,
John

The styling of the pillars suggests that Virgil Exner had some part in designing the car?

There's a few Exner era Studebaker styling queues in this design for sure!

Very nice. Changing a flat tire could be a challenge. The wheels would have to be well inboard so that they don’t rub on lock.
