Spare wheel door

Having a look at a commercial spare wheel door this arvo. Any advice on price for one in fair condition. Some rust in corners. They want $150. Mine is 40% rust. I see fibreglass repros are $250 and earlybits has the latches for about $400!

Taylors in Bundamba do rust repair panels. You can find them on gumtree, don't know what there stuff is like but have heard good reports.

BRIEF HISTORY OF OUR PANELS
The production of our rust panels were introduced to the trade in the late 60’s and proved to be popular so we established distributors around the country.
Shortly after, the panels were introduced to G.M.H who, upon inspection, allocated part numbers for each panel and listed them in their parts catalogue.

Taylors panels were listed as GMH NASCO ACCESSORIES, marketed through the GMH dealerships. More recently sold by a Rare chain......

Didn't know they did the doors. If so that is very reasonable. Oz EK is sending me a repairer but I will check them out none the less. Very helpful. Much appreciated. Love this forum.

oz_ek is sending me a rusty one. Should be able to make one good one using that and my own rusty one. Getting front floor panels from Taylor's so thanks for the tip.

Thanks to oz_ek for sending me this spare wheel door. Mainly rusted at the bottom as you would expect. For some reason mine is rusted at the top more.
Should be able to make one good one. Happy camper.
