G'day everyone,
another question...is the two wagons owed by the Crupi's brothers running the standard EK crashbox?
If so anyone go any ideas how they hold up and what they're like to drive with the sports grey under the bonnet?
regards

Both as far as I know are standard grey crash boxes. Sam was telling me his was giving him grief jumping out of gear on the way to the Nationals in Forbes.

Thanks Smooth. I'm heading down the sports grey path with my EK wagon and would like to stick with the three on the tree.

Mine has been good, but I know not to do burnouts.
I'll wind it out through the gears, as you know

sorry Thomas
but I dont dump the clutch

OK Thommo - I forgot you had a standard transmission but with a floor shift.
Winding thru the gears...something Thomas and I wont forget in a hurry...

You could always get a HK/t/g three speed box and keep it on the tree, and sincro in first

Thanks Trev. I think I'm going to stay with the standard gearbox as I want to stay in the 'sports' category. I think changing to the HK/t/g transmission would push me into the modifieds???

Yes it would as the All Syncro 3 Speed is the same case as the Aussie 4 speed.
