Jack Myer twin carb manifold

Post by D-MAN »

How rare are the jack myer twin carb manifolds?
Do they come up often for sale?
There is one set on eBay at the moment at what I think is a reasonable price....

I have my doubts that its a Jack Myers manifold as I own an identical unit without the stamp.

I would be very pleased to be proven wrong.

The Jack Meyer's advertisement on the thread below indicates twin carb setups:

Jack may have bought the manifolds and stamped them. There was recently a rocker cover for sale (later retracted) that was similarly stamped over what appeared to be a Klenig rocker cover:

Some ram tubes owned by one of the forum members also appear to have been Jack-stamped.

Jack definitely made the headers and timing gears also indicated in the ad - I own some of the headers, and have held one of the timing gears, both of which are cast with his name.

Cheers,
