Should I do this?

I would like some feedback if possible. I love my FB special, (though no offence Ken Bailey) not the colour - (Lilac Grey / Cathay Grey). Should I make a total colour change?

The paint is mostly original, though needs a fair bit of touch up to get it looking good. I would rather a two tone ... Blue, green, pink. Or do I just paint the flash?

Any comments would be appreciated, as I have kept all of my other cars the original colours to the tag. This one has 62,000 documented miles with all the receipts & the wacky trim. Worth keeping!

As The Marrickville Mauler would say...

Thank you's all.

Hi Steve,

It's was great to catch up with you last weekend.

i have to agree with Smooth, leave it alone.

It's a good looking original car and there's not a lot of REAL original cars left out there.

Thanks Tony, it was great to see you again after all those years! Also thanks for pointing out Smooths post because I had overlooked it.

Yes, it is very original & I don't want to have to pull the rubbers & paint the inside.

I do have to paint the front guard and half the flash on one side.

Thanks for your opions guys.

Hey Steve,
in stead of looking for a standard station sedan buy Ken's just offer him something you got plenty.
Get his and yours and repaint Original.
Then with inspiration from those original photo's you bought at auction you could do your ute also lilac and cathay grey to match the nasco promotional ute in the photo.
And then there's the van i think i should stop now.
H,mm a van with a flash and in lilac/cathay grey that would be different.
And then you'll have a matching line up.

Now those photo's you won at auction will they be hung at the shop ?

It would be good to see someone do a copy of that promotional ute i wonder what colour it was and where it is today.
