I just found this custom tri-year chev thread over on the Los Boulevardos forum. If it works on a tri-year Chev chances are something similar will work on an EK

The blue flamed one reminds me of Matt Egans xp &*#@ panelvan. They all would look good as FB/EKs :glasses: :D

Narrowly edged out by WB taillights at the moment. :coolllll:

I would like something Packard-ish but about the size of a 55 Chev taillight.

Probably should have grabbed the 55 Buick ones at Toowoomba for ya.

Is it just me, or is that red and silver wagon (2nd picture from the top of the thread) the "big brother" to Finny's EK wagon?

Cheers,
Harv (wagon appreciator extraordinaire).

yeah I was going to say HQ/JZX ute/wagon/van but WB definitely the way to go 8) was wondering about the UC but I think if you delete the bumperettes and fill the spare wheel door and maybe extend the lower section down you should be able to pull it off 8) 8)  but then It came to me ................... BOTH 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Dave scotty showed me somewhere the stock commercial tailghts flipped over. I even thought of just extending the stock taillights back a couple of inches. I think the wb or uc tailights will look horrible.
You can buy the 57 packard stop lenses off ebay for around $70 us.

Yes, Michael & I have spoken about flipped std. ones before.
Might need to make a bit more of a change than just flipping them though, plenty of time yet though coz its not happening this time around.
