Ute body f#@ked need to find replacement

Hi all, was getting the rust sorted on my EK ute but had a call by Tony from Olden Holden who was doing the work, to say it wasn't worth fixing (unless I had an unlimited budget!! which I don't) with an extensive amount of fibreglass being used to form inner and outer sills and bits of the subframe - so needless to say I'm pretty annoyed with the guy I bought it off but I've had a year driving it around so that lessen's the pain slightly.
So my thing is just about everything else on the bus is ok and would love to continue owning an EK so I would love to find a body in reasonable nick (FB/EK ute or panelvan) so that I can use that instead of the cactus thing I have now, so to all of you marvellous EK/FB peeps if anyone has something that may fit the bill please let me know. As I've forked out way too much for what I have now I have a limited budget, but still willing to pay for a decent body don't mind driving around the South West of W.A.

Blacky you might of seen this FB in Merredin ?. Its in an old car yard/museum looking place on the right GEHWY heading towards Kal. Was all locked up so could not get close

Thanks all for the replies would love to continue on a Ute but could easily do a Panelvan maybe even a Sedan I'll use all the running gear/guards wiring from the ute I'll just have to tear it down once I lay my hands on a new improved body - after that the old bus will be up for grabs. I'm going in to Olden Holden to get the lowdown on the ute, pretty disappointed but half expected it - I'm still in love with the early holden shape and will get something up and running again.
So keep an ear/eye out for us, cheers again
Todd

Blacky yep still there going to have a look on monday and pick it up - the thing is still drivable at the moment and I'll probably take it to work and store it there until I can get a replacement (hopefully go to see the 2 utes in Busso that Vantastics got) I'm sure the body is repairable but well beyond my tight budget.

Yep I hate rust too especially when I was buying a car with 'only a little rust problem in the subframe leg' should have known something was wrong when the replaced front floor pan was riveted in!!! Blacky yep Tony's not open monday to the public but he is working (and not answering the shop phone! - if you been there at any time you'll know it runs red hot so it must be the only way he gets stuff done!)

Hi all, still no luck with locating a ute body so far - so this time maybe if there is a panelvan body lurking out there looking for some love and attention I'm up for it! I would be very interested in looking at a shell thats half way decent if anyone has a lead on one, please drop me a line
Cheers
