I have no literature about NASCO every having released a Golf Bag or Golf Club Set.
That's not to say they didn't. At the very least it is (or appears to be) about the correct period in time by the design, trim and colour.
What made you think it was/possibly NASCO?

Hi smooth my father who restores cars [SEMI RETIRED]
seems to think its from a HD holden era accesory; just thought some one might have some info on this ; he also has some tripple spinner
dress rims [hub caps] 13 inch ;he has been around cars all his life and knows his stuff .

At the moment he is restoring a 1934 auburn
850y coupe 1 of only 12 made due to production line being stoped .he also has a T model tudor he is rodding ; a 28 A Model ute daily driver
plus some other F---d cars to many to keep going. any way love your wagon smooth still looking for one my self to keep original

Show us a photo of the Hub Cap (Triple Spinner) Sounds like it may be a Fiesta by Osbourne.
My station sedan will be at the Nationals, come along and take a look in person.
