Just heard from a member of our club who is on his way to the hd hr nationals in Cowra that he sighted a "flat bed" with 2 fb/ek's at Seymour and a blue /cream wagon near Albury!

is that Cowra or Nowra, i'm sure i read somewhere they were in Nowra and i live near Cowra and have heard nothing about them
sometimes yor just better off shitting in yor hands and clapping
I spoke to Stewart last night,
His car seems to have sheared a crank key allowing the timing gear to shift
Poor bugger
The nationals was just part of a road trip holiday he was doing with his family.
He is continuing on with a hire car.
That was what happened to Jims FC at the nats here in Perth this year bad luck Stewart , but look on the bright side , you are in the running for the hard luck award
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

a quick post...yep FB failed at Shep...no power in low gear, stalling, no idle. Same thing happened on the way back from Bendigo. Thank goodness for NRMA premium cover...I was on my way 3 hours later.
I think you're right Thommo.
Arrived Mt Gambier last night.
Spoke to Roger last night who offered me their FB sedan for the weekend which I gratefully accepted - incredible generosity! Thank you!!!

Sorry to hear the FB has had that same problem Stewart..but it's good to see nice folk like Roger & Lesley can lend a hand with a fine ride to get around Mt Gambia with.
At least next year you'll have the 'Old Timer' as a back up.
Scotty.
