Sorry if this has already been asked, but have there been any dash clusters for EK/FB made in KMs?
If so,
any idea where I would be able to find one? Cheers, appreciate it.

Nup no such thing (unless someone can correct me)
But you can buy the stickers that go on the speedo - I think someone on ePay sells them

You can get re calibrated so the miles read as Km's and re painted in any colour if you like but not cheap

All you need to know is 10 miles = 16 kilometres. Then you can simply work out the converted speeds for what the common speed zones are. Easy as!

Rare Spares do the decals. One also available now on ePay (is the Rare Spares one).
I tried memory - didn't work. Ended up with a yellow stickit note on the dash

Yep, they did make FB/EK speedos in km/h:
Head Assembly - miles per hour (VDO) - 7416278
Head Assembly - kilos per hout (A.C.) - 7961719
Similar thing (two sets of speedo assemblies) for EJ/EH/HD/HR. I'm guessing all the km/h speedos got exported though to early-metric countries.
Cheers,
Harv.

New Caledonia probably would have been Km/h I guess (being French).
