cable kick down

i've put a 186 trimatic in my ek. the only drama is it came out of a ht and is the cable kick down type of tranny. this usually runs of the accelorater linkage on the fire wall. only one problem i'm running a hz accelorater pedal with a cable. any ideas on how to set the kick down off the pedal. any help would be appreciated.pictures would be even better :?: :?: :?: :?:
