I took 4 photo's on my phone, got more on my camera but like DR won't be near a 'Puter for a couple of days
Leaving my place on Thursday morning: note 'no rain'
Cool versus poser:
Getting some juice on the highway:
Reddo's setup:
Had a great time, didn't get too wet
It was well organised went as well as it could under trying conditions
Well done to the QLD crew
Caught up with old friends and made some new ones
Trip home was OK - fogging up, low visibility in torrential rain
Only aqua planed once on the way home, because according to Trev and Devilrod a true aqua plane means all four wheels lose traction!
I'll post more pics when I get the chance

Thankfully no aquaplaning for me either, just a nasty front left lockup, braking going into coffs harbour! I finally got fed up with the constant fogging up and bought rainex anti fog. Thankfully it worked. At least then the bulk of the water was only on the outside.
The nationals for me was great fun met some more forum members and had an ale or four with them. Must make a special mention for EKDaz & Karen from NZ honorary noisy table members. Managed to fill the rear of my car with water, aggravate quite possibly a war veteran at the RSL by failing to go the right way in the carpark. Seems he had forgotten the demisting qualities of an old car

And had the pleasure of being on the only table which had no responsible adults.....
Oh yeah also surpassed the rain repelling level of my coat wandering around the show without shine
Well done to the Qld crew. Well worth the drive.

No delegation required he wisely decided he was more responsible than the actual adults.....

was great to meet some more of you guys

. there were some REALLY nice cars there (and mine too

)
i had the right front brake lock up on the way home too (just after going though a huge puddle on the highway, it soaked all three others so i had single wheel braking for a while, not fun

)
cheers, luke.

Regular attendees were good to catch up with also.
