EK Ute - Inserts on Rear Windscreen

Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forum but have spent quite a bit of time reading over member's projects (Rusty's & Mick's etc). I must admit I am incredibly impressed with the commitment and aspirations many of you have. Well done!
I have been helping my old man every so often in his endeavour of rebuilding an EK ute (hence my username). It's taken near on 8 years and is around 90% complete. Every nut and bolt has been removed. By coincidence it looks very similar to Steve Jackson's (colour and all).
I'm not terribly gifted in the mechanical world but provide some extra hands/strength for the important bits e.g. re-attaching the tow bar, inserting windscreens etc. In the last couple of days my old man and I did the front windscreen with new Rare Spares rubber. Absolute bugger of a job!!! We also inserted the glass into the rubber for the rear windscreen. It was at this stage that we realised that either stainless steel or chrome is required to attach to the rubber in between each glass panel (x2). Can anyone provide any assistance as to what we require and where we might be able to get them?
Appreciate any assistance.
Cheers
Danny.
