G,day all
Am on to pulling the front end apart , so how do I get all these bushes out ??
Can I just heat up around them with any oxy set and then tap them out or do I have to take them somewhere and get them pressed out ?
Have been putting it off ,but the time has come

Any suggestions

not sure on the torana ones but seen a guy do HQ ones today (lower arms off car) old ones out new ones in, in less than five minutes both arms including ball joints

he just sat them on a vice and belted the old ones out and the new ones in only tools were vice, hammer and a thing so as not to damage the bottom of the balljoint

Had another look at them , they are a bit rusted in but I might try and heat the outside and give them a whack and see what happens , hate paying somebody else for something I can do myself .
Let you know how I go 2moz

Had a go at them last night , tried the vice and hammer first , those suckers didn't move , maybe if I soaked them in some crc for a while first might have loosened them up or if they wasn't so rusty they might have came out .
Heated the side of the arms around them with the oxy to expand and then back to the vice and gave them a few more hits and they came out , eventually .
Took me about an hour to do both bottom arms , on to the top ones tonight
