wiring in steering column

i've been trying to thread the wiring from the blinker unit down through my steering column. i tried string and wire but the connectors seem to get jammed. any suggestions gratefully recieved.

Get some electrical tape and stagger the connecters to stop it bulking out. Then wrap it all with the electrical tape. This should stop the connectors getting caught up. The other trick is before you pull the old wires out is to tape some wire on to help feed the wires back in.

Try a thicker piece of electrical wire to twist around the other wires and pull through.
If they get stuck, pull harder, poke your tongue out the left side of your mouth and swear allot :wink: .
