seen these in a country town it's a big yard and you can't see in the photos alot of what's in there, but there's alot of EK/FBs FE/FCs in utes vans sedans and wagons. a couple of FX/FJs, EHs including a windowless van, there's also lots of valiants and dodges a'58 chev. i've been told nothing is for sale or if it is it's very expensive and they have been there a long time so they look a little worse for ware. the guy also owns the local holden dealership which suposedly has lots of NOS parts. in the showroom they have a black with red trim EJ prem sedan that was only regoed and on the road for a year, a '64 chev sitting in a building that has been there since 1974 and lots of other EHs were visable in the building with the chev including another very good looking windowless van, an example of prices they want $25,000 each for the chev and the EJ prem
yeah the day i was there it was actually the son(i believe) that was there he wasn't to bad, i'd been told the old man is a shocker i do know people that have been through the place years ago. also what stuffed things up for everyone i've been told is some guy who's at alot of swap meets hounded them and stuffed them around and now they don't want to know people who are asking about what they have
It really pisses me off when people would rather let their gear rot into the ground rather than let someone either rebuild it or use the bits to keep another early on the road there are a few over my way that I approach every six months or so in the hope that they will change their mind and sell instead of letting the car rust into the ground - it took me 5 years to talk the previous owner of my ute to sell.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

yep NSW, it's worth having a look at and have a look for the holden dealership opposite the police station and look through the windows thats where the EJ,EHs and chev are it does nearly make you cry but it's kool to look at. why are you going to parkes, the swap meet? that's tomorrow the 8th
found out about another EK today, at trundle in a work shop covered in dust untouched for ages but the usual response it's not for sale, well for F#%&^ SAKE do something with it
Yeah I fail to see why people do this sort of thing, they seem to think it'll be worth lots of money if they hold onto them long enough - but fail to understand that over time the cars deteriorate to a point where they are not worth a knob of goat shit - then the old man dies - son decides he no longer wants these rusty buckets & off to Sims we go - the rest is history
There's nowhere in heaven to drive them so no point thinking of taken them with you
