Hq Brakes

Hi all,
I was just trying to figure out a rear brake set-up to go with the HQ front discs that I have just bought.
Will HQ rear drum set-up fit onto a EH diff housing? Just thought that may be a simple way for a rear brake upgrade & keep the same stud pattern all round.
