That price seems ok. Bear in mind that's the starting price though.

Dunno. 20 years back you couldn't give these away. Worth some coin now
It all depends what you think they are worth. You're the one buying them

Sh1t they are deeeeep !
Will look cool though.
I used to hate those wheels, funny how your tastes change with age.
I reckon its a fair price, they look in good nick.
Its only expensive compared to what you are prepared to pay, if thats what you have been looking for then go for it.
Dave.

yes they are kool wheels 2 things to consider though they will not go straight on you'll need flared guards or a shortened diff and still a bit of playing even with the shortened diff and secondly tyres, wide 13" tyres are becoming very hard to get

I have a mate whose old man says "sometimes we pay tomorrow's price today". Meaning sometimes it better to pay more if you really want it. But having said that what are they going on as I can see some serious clearance issues.....as RB has pointed out.

yeh i wanted to measure up my ute to check clearances etc but its at the sandblasters atm, hopeing to get it back tommorow. my father in law is running a torana diff in a EJ with 8" x 13" on the rear and his clear fine with a 2" lower, hopeing to do the same with mine if thats all it needs. ive got a photo here of a car running the same mags that i modified to be greenbut i think his tyres are pretty close to the guards i dont know how functional it would be.. but those wheels... i need them lol....

you can clearly see the rear wheels/tyres protrude the guards in that pic and they would only be 7" (not genuine US ugly 6 hole copies only came in 7") with nowhere near the dish an 8" rim has
in stock form an EJ can take a bigger and deeper dish wheel than an FB/EK
don't let it sound like i'm trying to talk you out of the wheels they will and can fit i know i've had them on an EK it's just that they're not a bolt straight on thing

ok so on the front would i have to modify anything im running HR front end, and what do you think i would need to do on the rear to get it to fit the 8" and is it worth the effort or should i just wait for some other deep dish wheels? or will i have the same problem with all of the deep dish?
heres a pic from the rear.

If you want the same dish but different wheel, you will have the same problem. You could probably get an 8inch to fit, but with a different offset, which in turn makes the dish more shallow which i assume you dont want. It will look pretty tuff if you can get them under there, but might take a bit to do it.
You could always put flares on it..........

i had 195/60 tyres on 7" rims on the front not ideal size tyres for that rim size but worked for me (not sure you can even get this size tyre anymore)
rears i had 225/60 tyres on 8" rims with an LC/LJ torana drum to drum diff and the rear wheel arches were pumped aswell the car was pretty low and it was a sedan a mate had the same combo with 235/50 tyres i couldn't fit that size tyre on mine they rubbed
i'm a firm believer that the wheel arch area vary a little from car to car as many a time i've swaped wheels from one car to another of the same model with neither car haveing any mods (shortened diff or pumped guards) yet the wheels fit one car but not the other

i found these at bobjane site, theres a few more too. any problems with these? ive only ever bought 4x4 tyres
im prepared to get a shorter torana diff and throw in, i dont plan on running disc brakes or anything on the rear. how would i go about pumping the guards out if it was needed
