Hi Guys new to forum, and its been a great read.

I have a quick question for you guys who are in the know.

My Dad has a FB special that my grandma use to drive. Its has been in undercover storage for the past 35 years and has not been driven for that long. It has 31281 org. miles, and has never been touch for that whole time. Still has plastic on the seats.

The car is located in SA and as I am in victoria, I am unable to sight the car, but my guest is that there would be some minor rust in it, just from the moist air(but maybe not.) Also I would think that the brake & fuel lines would need to be replaced. Also the motor may need some work to get it going.

Any ideas on what my dad should sell the car for? (not for sale just yet) Would love some help thanks...

 A barn find! Does it have all the paperwork, receipts and documentation? Is that the original paint? Is the body free from major rust of any kind? If the answer is yes to these questions, and the miles are genuine, I'd value it north of $30K.

Nice car! Satellite Yellow / Grecian White Flash. The Car dates from around July 1960.

There appears to be paint on the left hand side guard screws, so it may have had a little repair at some stage.

I would love to see some more pics of the car out in the light, as to have a better estimate at what the car may be worth.

If you would like to give me a call, I can explain what pics to take to help estimate a value.

I would love a pic also of the ID plate, chassis number and engine number.
