fuel tank help please

my fuel tank has rust in and blocking my fuel line etc
how do i get the flakes out..
and stop it blocking again...........

One solution would be the POR kit for fuel tanks. Part of the process is cleaning the tank (some rocks and a rinse out) then a paint to line the whole inside.
Might get more response out in the eninge bit though..

Yep the POR tank kit (cost about $120 ) works very well. As DR said use nuts and bolts or rocks etc to clean up the big rust flakes etc, then the rest gets treated and sealed with the POR kit. The kit is a three part process, so allow a couple days for the drying etc before you bolt the tank back in.

Did i see a cement mixer in your yard??
Tie the tank to the front, fill it with blue metal and let er rip
