Who makes these rubber thingys ?

I'm after the rubber things that go on the tailgate stays on the inside of my panel van (to stop them from rattling I guess)-does anyone make repros of those-?
Also searching for rubber gasket for the small base nasco side view mirror (the one with the small guide hole and the second hole for the fastening bolt)-Scott's say their supplier stopped making them a while back and only do the large base.
