Hubcap bits

Hope BAT 62 doesn't mind me borrowing his photo, but does anyone recognise the winged bullet thingys on these caps. According to his description, caps are HR but not much about the bullets. They look pretty cool.
To do a bit of promoting on his behalf to make up for pinching his photo, he's selling a set of torana style chromies with HR caps and those bullet things- seem to be in good condition
