Back into it today, giving it every chance to be the best it can be- put some foam between the edge of the fan housing and the core - bolted it all back together and kicked it in the guts - got up to 85 and the fan kicked in - worked like a bought one plenty of air being pushed through the core now , way more than the 14” jobbie that’s now in the bin

Thought it was going too well - was happily refitting the grille and nek minnit -


The friggin water temp idiot light sender decided to leave the chat ……at least it’s an easy fix I guess, should be thankful for small mercies
