It's Sunday evening and an old man's thoughts turn to shiny wheels. I just hope they will fit over the discs on the front.

Yes, but only after motor is set up and running well. I will get motor tuned and settled down with WWcarb and standard dissy, then swap in electronic distributor and then once happy with that set up, change over to the tripples. I reckon its too hard trying to get all new stuff working at once, otherwise it makes it hard to diagnose issues.

Start with what you are familiar with, but the electronic distributor, with correct coil, will eliminate a few potential issues, and give you a fuss free run in, with stronger spark. It is a bolt in swap. Just gap plugs accordingly and donโ€™t listen to any palaver about resistors. Your standard loom supplies 12V to the matched coil, which is what it needs.

That looks like the good stuff, hoop pine marine ply, which is over $200 per sheet. Very nice, even if I am mistaken.

Yup and stainless strips. Lift up section in front for battery access and storage. Can't wait for stuff to be sliding around in there๐Ÿ˜„

Well Melly, that joy may be yet to come.๐Ÿ˜ Mucking around with collapsable steering column and front engine mounts are next on the agenda.

Tray looks great Brett
Remind me what discs are you running on the front, their size will determine your rims but I'm sure you know that.
