Thanks Harv, I'll get sleuthing.
Yes Clay, I have lots of sanding and buffing yet to do. And a couple of touch ups as well. In the flesh it still looks a bit rough. That's why the bonnet furniture is not yet on.

A few more photos in the sunlight. A bit grubby still in engine bay and yet to clean inside. Still some under dash wire tidying up to do too.
Jobs to do include:
•Mastic front outside windscreen rubber
• Rub and buff paint where required (everywhere)
•Get horn to work
•Wheel alignment and rego
•Replace exhaust flange plate
•Seal up oil leak
•Creases in headlining- there seem to be more now

•Blinker flasher replacement that is a bit slower
•Grease door and other hinges
•Touch up paint chips
•Touch up LHS sill at B pillar and passenger door where I got carried away with buffer.
•Bonnet bird and letters
•Touch up underfloor scrapes where cradle sat and seal badge pins on front guards
•Adjust clutch
•Align steering wheel and finish assembly
•Check everything for leaks, tightness and rubbing
•Other stuff....

Geez - it'll be another month at least. ..

Have you got LED globes in the indicators ? The blinkers in my Chev had LED in the rear and were flashing too fast - I found you could buy an adjustable flasher can for about $15 on Epay

A blown bulb will make them do that too.
Looking very neat.

Thanks Harv. No blown bulbs on Wilma Harv- they are all shiny and new

Thanks for the tip Blacky about the adjustable flasher. I had an electronic type flasher can in the drawer that I put in, but I'm suspicious it may be a 6 volt one. When engine is stopped it flashes OK , but once voltage gets to 14, it goes a bit crazy. I think I may have one in the paddock carcass so if so, will try that one first.
