Love the engine colour combos!

Something about black.

Your enginebay just highlights how good a chev engine looks although I am biased.

Has you supercharged EK been finished Mephious?

Great work

Cheers for the feedback guys,

Love the engine Tmf and the fx !!, will definetly own one in my lifetime .... one of the images in my head is an FX running hilborn mechanical injection.

Greg the red one is still in the panel shop, inner and outer sills have been replaced, the passenger side dogleg was also replaced. Also split the rear panelling apart ... added more length to the rear (i.e panel that holds the fuel filler/ boot area ) to give a little more room for the rear wheels. Its only slight and not much mods had to be done to the rear boot area but it helped add a little more space to the back bottom edge ot the wheel arch.

Next time I have a Saturday off I will go down and get some photos, Ricki down there has shots of the entire body build for me, but again its a matter of getting down there unfortunately.

Regardless it needs to be finished by August for my wedding

Managed to grab a shifter for the panelvan ( Lokar 16inch single bend) and the high mount alternator bracket turned up today for the alternator. Will start getting the fuel system parts shortly - thats next on the list.

My apologies guys for the lack of posts, I do get the odd chance to jump on and read from time to time but its rare for me to post. Cheers for the interest

Things are pretty crazy at the moment, the van has been put on the back burner as the wedding is only 3 months away  . So things have been more focused to get the sedan up and running ready to get to the church.

The van has had the rear springs recessed and its sitting very low all round now. The shifter has also been thrown on but still alot of work left to do to the van.

There was a few complications also with the gear to pretty up the motor. The vintage speed rocker covers were a shit cast and fouled on the standard rockers. The progressive linkage was also hitting the valve covers .......... spacers were ordered to get around the issue ! Was a bloody headache waiting on gear from the US but rockers arent hitting now and the throttle linkage has clearance.

The radiator has been built by the same guy who built the one in the sedan, nice unit ready to be fitted.

Next step is fuel tank, regulator and pump.

Not much of an update, and will be put on the back-burner again till the red sedan is fixed up.

The radiator is in ! Checking spacing for fans with the bonnet catch etc. The same guy made this one as the sedan, this is a little smaller however.
