Thanks Craig. Apart from Harry with the windscreen....I'm flying solo...no helpers happening at the moment...I'm waiting for you to come up from Melbourne...

Yeah can't wait to finish. To be honest - I'm over it. I just want it done now.

You'de think Rares would get the idea by now that thier windscreen rubbers are junk and would try to rectify the problem!
Not looking forward to doing mine! (although it will be a chopped version & it will be Paul's problem :P ). It's getting close now Stewart...just remember that every bit put back on is one less to do..keep this in mind and you'll get there before you know it.

Maybe have a short break, now is not the time to be rushing! I know how you feel though Stuart. So close but so far. Looking bloody good though!

I think your at the best end of the stick ..... the one when you get to see the results of all your (and assistants) hard work ... you get to fit stuff then look at it and go ... wow that looks cool!!

Love how the brakes look ....... love all the details in your car ..... everything is renewed!
What did you paint the brake parts with .... just silver Killrust?

By the looks of it its going to be one heck of a Christmas!!!!

Peter and Dave - The windscreen rubber I received from Betta was fine.

Thanks Sam. It looks so close but in reality there is still plenty to do...I just hope that when I turn the key something happens...

Thanks DR. I feel that if I have a short break it may turn into a long one. I'll have an enforced break over Christmas and New Year... 8)

Hi Marty - thanks mate. No assistants at the moment just me and the radio. But yeah I know what you mean. Bolting it all on - it really is taking shape now.
What did you paint the brake parts with
VHT caliper paint. It's good paint and I've used it a lot on other small bits n pieces other than brakes. http://www.speco.com.au/vht.html Repco, Auto One, Bursons and Rares all stock it.

This little isolator is really handy and saves you from having to unbolt the battery cable each time when playing around with the electrics.

I put one on the roadster the first really wet winter we had. After I'd flattened the battery... Best thing you can put on a car that's not used daily.
