Yeah stewart did the other brand fit. The rares rubber didnt even come close.

You'de think Rares would get the idea by now that thier windscreen rubbers are junk and would try to rectify the problem!
Not looking forward to doing mine! (although it will be a chopped version & it will be Paul's problem ). It's getting close now Stewart...just remember that every bit put back on is one less to do..keep this in mind and you'll get there before you know it.

I think your at the best end of the stick ..... the one when you get to see the results of all your (and assistants) hard work ... you get to fit stuff then look at it and go ... wow that looks cool!!

Hi Marty - thanks mate. No assistants at the moment just me and the radio. But yeah I know what you mean. Bolting it all on - it really is taking shape now.

What did you paint the brake parts with

VHT caliper paint. It's good paint and I've used it a lot on other small bits n pieces other than brakes. http://www.speco.com.au/vht.html Repco, Auto One, Bursons and Rares all stock it.

Old Timer is coming alive! Wooohooo! Seeing this made my day today.

After stuffing around for a few days with electrics I now have the interior light, rear blinkers, rear stop lights, interior blinkers, oil and gen idiot lights

This little isolator is really handy and saves you from having to unbolt the battery cable each time when playing around with the electrics.

I put one on the roadster the first really wet winter we had. After I'd flattened the battery... Best thing you can put on a car that's not used daily.
