Paint morning is here for the colour test all I can say at this stage is f@#k it's out there even though I have always said that I don't like modern colour's on old cars that much but somehow I have done it myself.
In primer rubbed
Ground coat colour on nearly like a factory colour
Holly cow pearl coat on
Cleared and done
I have a video I might upload later when I get home and back on WiFi chuck those thoughts down good or bad I wanna hear the first thoughts that jumped into your head

Love your work mate - I have never been a fan of pearls in light colours - needs depth to really work I believe but thats just me - either white or deep and dark.

I agree with you there i have never been a fan of modern or pearl colours on older cars the just never seem to gel right I have always been a fan of solid colours but thought id give it a crack only because on the flip this colour is totally dead and also similar to the original colour of the ute (seagull grey) but on the face it gives quiet a punch with gold. I don't mind the colour but the biggest thing is its so different to the standard solids and commonly used pearl colour's. So I just had to spray it out to see the effect, and that's me also different to the point I stand back and go "oh s&%t Ive gone to far)
