Pretty sure that is an EH sump Brett, which is the one you want. Caveat in that there is variability in how the engine and gearbox mounts are set up. I have no clearance issues in my ute using Pete Mallabyβs (acknowledgement also to Neil firecracker) front mounts with grey crash box original rear mounts. The crank centre at the front of the engine aligns perfectly with the semi circular cutout in the bottom of the radiator support panel. I did have a minor clearance issue in a previous instal in my sedan but remedied this by adjusting rear mount. I think in that case that the front mounts were possibly a bit low.

Thanks Clay.
Back to rust work on a wet Friday. Middle tunnel and a few other bits underway this morning. Enjoyable work on a miserable day.

Mucking around with magical mystery tunnel. Does any pre-made panel ever fit straight on without hours of changes?
Progress is slow....

I have Brett, they create a lot of room.
You do have cut about 300mm of the drip rail away to fit them, also they flex a bit side to side when the bonnet is up.

Hi Brett, the photo I sent you of the firewall mod I did to fit my 7" booster means that you don't have to do anything to your bonnet hinge.

Thanks Greg, much appreciated.
Yes Neil, your set up is very neat and with the drawings you sent I am all sorted to do it. I have a complication in that I also have a clutch to deal with- either hydraulic or cable. So i'm still in the mastication phase. Must admit, I'm starting to think about my Powerglide as a possible option.
