HQ's? when do you think they will come back in to fashion?

they are

Just to think the HQ isn't far away from forty.
I remember entering a coloring contest from Max Write Holden in 1971 I was ten. HG's were new in the yard

Myself and the next door neigbours walked to Kingswood to get all the colours right. Thinking back now, how appropriate, a Kingswood in Kingswood

Congrats on finding and buying such a great car.....i have one in the same colour scheme i bought off EBAY and have it sitting at home under a cover just waiting for the day i can restore it to its former glory.. I now have a great template to use seeing pics of you car. Would it be rude of me to ask what sort of $$$ you paid for it??? I picked mine up for $1650 all complete but needing resto and wasn't sure if i would see another in the same colour scheme. i was told that it was a dealership colour scheme. is this true?? i will try and post some pics of mine so you can see how beautiful your car is.....

A beautiful car Steve. Well done. I want Edna to look like how your car does in that sunset photo, except that I will have Snowcrest White on the roof

Hi Wazza, thanks you! add a zero to the price you paid

This sedan was in Just Cars.
Please post some pics of yours. Can the original paint be saved?
This was a popular colour during the EK's production, not limited. Although, the original EK's with factory paint, like many other colours, is limited through attrition.
