It does sludge in the cooling system, has a few leaks and is a little fumey.
Nothing crazy is planned, good acid clean and a freshen up with new bearings, seals, etc. May do a little balancing, lightening the flywheel, maybe even a mild "street" spec cam and a bit of head work to ensure unleaded doesnt pose a problem and give it a little extra preformance.

I had my grey block cleaned and all that and still managed to get more crap out by digging around with long screwdrivers down all the welch plug and water holesstrogger wrote: Seems more than a normal degradation of cast iron and metal could produce??
