I can find the interior colour of Mephisto Red in the Master Parts Catalogue but not having much luck with the rest. Looks like there may have been a green paint under the roof lining, but it has had a million re-paints and not sure if it is original (and with a red interior?)

8232 is Silverpine Green, not sure on the top will have to do some more digging.
edit. Cant find the other code yet but Silverpine was a colour used by Sydney County Council, others used were Timber Green 0091 and Valley Green 6039.
