Car is all fixed except they are still waiting on a replacement tail light housing to be re chromed. Has been at the platers for 1 week, and they don't expect it to be done for another 2 weeks.

1 silly tail light housing - how long can it take?!

...or three years...if they're anything like some of the chromeplaters I've dealt with over the years!

Still no car back.... Missing it and also hating the fact that I am not utilising my holiday spare time to fit up all of the goodies I have been collecting for it over the last couple of months :(

SGIO.

They are no longer doing vintage cars, so it will be going to Shannons when this contract expires.

GOT IT!

Body work looks good.

But cost cutting is evident - they didn't replace my damaged bumper section and they have installed a crappy reverse lens - broken.

Made me pay for the rocket lens and gave me a brand new amber indicator lens?!

All in all, I think they are a very average repair shop (due to poor service) and look forward to the upcomming Shannons treatment.

Good news is I will be spending the weekend installing lots of moon bits 8)

Sorry J no air cleaner.
