It used to be good when Les McVeigh used to chime in on our posts with some advise or help but now since his passing...............
Sadly the attitude at the front counter of my closest store is quite poor regarding sorting problems with the quality of parts.
I did some digging through some old correspondence, and the gentleman who helped me out at Rares with various parts issues was Lance Corby. Lance has since taking the Managing Director role. Sadly, I can't find his old email address. I've sent a request through the Rares site to see if I can re-engage with Lance... will let you know how I go.
Cheers,
Harv

He had better know the correct technique... that's Lance in the video , working inside the car

.
Something is wrong though... neither of them were swearing enough, the Rares rubber actually fitted, and they didn't get mastic everywhere
Cheers,
Harv

They didnt use any mastic at all - is that not something they endorse?

You must use mastic... there is no way they seal without it.

Yeh I don't know why it keeps doing this. The pics load up in the preview then dissappear when I post it. Annoying.

Tricky job Craig - What are you going to use for the top once the old removed?
