Rick

I got them on eBay, there was a company on there making them in any colour or style to suit the old cars.

My engineer specifically stated he wants retractables. Which is a pitty cause in my opinion that look out of place.

My engineer insisted I fit retractables even tho the vehicle was fitted with non retractables when new or sometime soon after ....anyway they were in it a long time by the look ....not a problem I will just fit them as requested ....anything to keep him happy .....he has been very helpful up to date and very reasonable ........Fingers

Yeah funny story that, I had gone to Bunnings to pick up the Stumps, cement, bearers and joists and had loaded my ute up with 16 bags of concrete.
Went inside and had to get one of the staff members to get a ladder to grab 16 cement stirrups from the top shelf, loaded it all into the ute, was just about to go and grab the bearers and got a phone call from my Brother-in-law. Was talking to him for about 20 minutes on the phone and as I was talking I was walking around as you do when your on a mobile  and found myself standing in front of a pallet of these new Evo crete blocks made especially for installing decks close to the ground. After I hung up the phone I had a chat to one of the staff about them and decided to go with them so had to unload the 16 bags of cement and the stirrups and then load up 25 Evo Crete blocks, joists and decking. I think I was at Bunnings for about 3 hours
was gunna ask about them  so that is what i ask for Evo Crete blocks :?:

back on the car dumb question but how will you check and top up yor brake fluid :?:

Here is the link to the Evo-crete block website http://www.evolvecomposites.com.au/inde ... Itemid=111

The brake master cylinder reservoir lines up with the original dash speaker grill, so I only have to undo the speaker grill and fill the reservoir that way.
Hopefully I won't have to do it too many times.
