This really deserves a separate thread and all goes to Clint. Perhaps we could get s mod to shift it.

I have go agree with you Rob. The holed rim I have here has 85mm b/s for +16o/s.

It's too dark to go fishing in the yard for a non-holed one right now but I recall more like 92mm b/s for a +23mm offset.

Stock HT rims 106mm bzckspace. That is a whopping 31mm positive offset. While they will clear the calipers no doubt, they will be very close to the outer the rod end and upper control arm I speculate. I got a set of 6" with HT centres made up 30+ years ago to be in track on king pin front EK sedan. Later fitted HR disc front and all worked. Excepting that I failed to change wheel nut taper and the centres cracked between the stud holes.

Found the frame bolts had two parts spacers 4 long 4 short.
2 of the short ones are 18.2 mm two are 20mm. Maybe holden used a blunt drop saw. They all fell out before I could take note came from what bolt. The 4 long ones are different lengths, over all length of the short and long there are all with in 1 mm overall length... or two can be shorter and two longer. I presume they should all be same overall length ?
Rare spares hr front to early holden rubbers are taller at 41mm than my fb ones at 34mm but also squashed for 50 years.
I have to loose the small spacers for either rubber to fit back in with the hr front.
Time for a beer before round 2ImageImageImageImageImage
