You know the deal - change one thing , you have to change 3 others ImageImage

Finished off the sway bar mounts , then sorted out the ones on the lower wishbones

Then got stuck into the steering stops , had to be removed and relocated to suit the different calipers -

Red Rattler Revamp

Had to improvise with the lower ball joints to set the steering stops up - can’t fit the proper ones until the lower wishbones have been powder coated

Made up some new brake line supports and welded them on -

Wow really smashed out a lot of good jobs mate great work. Tyres normally let you know if you haven't any steering stops.

Tonight was fiddle with the bonnet hinges night , they were close but not close enough, I had to take a few mm off the back of them so they don’t hit the firewall and I slotted the mounting holes to give a bit more adjustment. Also had to measure them up to buy the struts , need to be 275mm open and no longer than 205 closed , and 1000N pressure for those that are playing at home

Mounted them up , then trimmed a bit off the front of an old bonnet so I could see how it all worked- it was only an EK bonnet, no need to worry ImageImage
