awesome post blacky what struts did you buy for your hinges and did you use an old hinge for the bonnet attachment weld in place.

Fabbed up the top of the hinge and used these struts and spacers -

Did some work on a PROPER car today too , moved all the crap out of the way and rounded up some of the parts I need to get some stuff done on the red rattler ImageImageImage

Not before time …. Got the oil pump sorted today , had to modify it for an external pickup - had already drilled and tapped the housing for the pickup pipe and then thrown all the bits in a box. Dragged the box out and finished it -
