Hi Scotty
thanks for the offer on the strips mate the ones on the wooden
floor were from a HQ wagon i only got them yesterday from a
wagon that was at the tip couldnt belive my luck when i looked in the back
and they were in it got them all for $10
i do have some more for the tail gate but i may take you up on the ones you have
i will get back to you mate
thanks mate
still working on geting bits and pieces shouldnt be toooo long
hopefully
getting another wagon and sedan has slowed the progress slightly
but you got to get them when you can now days
Looks terrific Jay. To be honest, I thought the beige/bone seat trim colour was an odd choice, but seeing it in the car, it looks great against the wood and silver. Well done
thanks Andrew as you know with your own build mate you get a vision
of a finished car in your mind and my vision of the wagon is
slowly comming together i did think of doing the interia
the same color blue as the outside but my first choice was the sandstone /buckskin
colour once all the door trims hood line and carpet is in it will all complement the body color
nicely well thats the plan
Hi
a small update ive been cleanlng the underbody of the wagon
the last couple of days so its ready for painting
chassis kit and auto tunnel to be fitted up the floor was one of
the best thing's about the wagon you can see by the pics how
clean and original it is no previous repairs have been .
G'day Jay..
That floor looks to be one of the most un-molested EK floors I've seen in years!! Mine looks like a patch work quilt!
watching with anticipation...
Scotty.
