Thommo your right my van and ute are a tad lower . van has 7.5 chop and the ute has 8. there is a guy in adelaide that cuts laminated screens down he did my Ej convertible years ago .will try and catch up with him soon seeing there will be a bit of a demand

can't really understand the clatsworthy screens he says the van is chopped 8" but the screen he has made is 3"

i know he has used a wagon roof which lowers the roof line above the screen but to me a chop is what you take out of the screen height not the overall height

DR chop here in adelaide can do them aswell
i have his number here somwhere ill pass it on if you need it
there is also a guy in the northen subs instant windscreens that can do it aswell
there is also a few chopped utes running around town running perspex for years if ya want to go that way
had a chat with that guy once he insisted that mine/thommo's wasnt chopped 5 inches because his was lower and it was only 3inches
i reccon he is counting the wagon roof aswell

i hope he doesn't read this

but i get the impression that he thinks he is the only person that has ever customised an early holden and everything he does is the greatest
don't get me wrong he does fantastic work but needs to stop blowing wind up his own arse and be a little more humble

Any of you Crow-Eaters who attend please keep a lookout for me for a genuine NASCO wagon upper tailgate venetian in rebuildable/usable condition. Happy to fix you up with some coin and postage charges.
