Who are you kidding ! Are you going to drive that like Bert Monroe in the World's Fastest Indian. You ain't a little boy

Dave Mac :D
It is surprisingly roomy inside, nice reach to everything & sit nice & low.

Getting in throught the door at that height is a move that requires practice & no finesse.
Ask Mrs Ratbox/Harry/etc. about it, she cracked her melon trying to get out & she is only about 4ft. tall.

It is going to be one mean mother when it's done but I don't think I want to stay around and watch you trying to get back into it, but then come to think of it there would be some degree of amusement. If Mick's missus banged her head I reckon you should try the tailgate.
Any ideas on engine / transmission etc

Trust those Euro riders are totally annoying you.

Tilt tray schmilt tray :?

Us Rocko boys would have chucked a milk crate on the floor and towed it...whilst swigging beer from a cold carton of Emu Export sitting on the passenger side floor.

Then we'd throw our empties at that nancy Corvette with its metrosexual driver.... :x

Grrrrr :x :x :x

I was bored today cause I have no car to have dinner with :(
So I started cleaning the door trim off the Newcastle Barn Find.
I brought some Kenco "Shift It" that was suggested I use and here are the results.
I will clean them a couple more times to try and get as much dirt out as possiable.
But WOW I'm happy with the door trim now.
The "Shift It" cost me $9 at Repco. 8)

I used a tooth brush to get into the vinyl :esmile:

As you can see I don't have the best to work with, just have to see what the trimmer can do for me.

Anyone got any idea how to get acrylic paint off vinyl?

Image

Seems they left the door trim on the car when it was repainted
God help me why would anyone do that...

More work done on the FB today. 8)
Picked the best stainless steel trim to have polished at "All Metal Bumpers" at Ingleburn
Take them over tomorrow, Be interesting to see what comes back. :)

Paid a visit to Camden Country Customs, The FB comes back from the blasters on Monday, I know I need some work done on the guards.
Picked up a can of POR15 from Autolac - Wetherill Park and spent the afternoon cleaning the seats, came up rather well I thought
Abit concerned about the front seat but I have 3 seats the same colour coming up from Bumper so I should be able to replace the damaged trim bit's.

Check the before and after piccys....
These are the seats out of Reddos Barn find. 32 years of dirt and dust Yuck.. :esad:
Still need a few more scrubs with the Shift It I think, still stained in places.

The top green trim is to be replaced with trim from Bumper

I think the last two show how well the Kenco "Shift It" works
check out how good the back seat looks against the front seat.
Not looking foreward to cleaning the front seat, might try that tomorrow....
